We understand how frustrating missing packages can be. There are times that tracking is updated to a "Delivered" status, but may actually be delayed 1-2 days. Be sure to check with your local post office, mail carrier, or secondary delivery location (neighbors too).
If you haven't located or received your package after 3 business days, Customer Care can look into the matter further.
