Return & Exchange Policy:
I want you to feel confident and comfortable with every Heidi Carey piece you add to your wardrobe. If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges can be processed from the Customer Portal within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition. During the holiday season, the return window is extended to January 6th.
At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Checkout+ package protection:
$6 Checkout+ covers free returns + package protection for any return shipping costs.
$3.02 Checkout+ (available on final sale items) covers shipping for approved exchanges only, for flexibility on pieces that are typically non-returnable.
If Checkout+ is not selected, applicable shipping and restocking costs will be charged to the customer or deducted from store credit.
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered cannot be refunded or replaced.
For the most seamless process, returns initiated through our Customer Portalare prioritized. Once your return is received and approved by our team, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If you have any questions, contact Customer Care. We’re always happy to help!
Heidi Carey monitors customer account and transaction activity. We reserve the right to refuse order transactions when suspected fraudulent purchases are made.
