We know how special it is to await the Heidi Carey pieces that you’ve chosen with care. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once shipped from our Richmond, VA warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Our system will select the best flat rate carrier for your delivery location and may vary between USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping times may also vary slightly and are subject to weather condition delays out of our control. 

Take care to enter your shipping address or P.O. Box correctly at checkout. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made. There are times a tracking status may show as "Delivered" online while it’s actually slightly delayed. Check with the carrier directly or close neighbors in case of delivery mishaps.

If the Checkout+ package protection was not selected for your order, applicable shipping and restocking costs will be charged or deducted from your refund or store credit.
