MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, WHAT CAN I DO?Updated 2 months ago

We are happy to help with damaged items as we know there are unfortunate accidents that can occur outside of our control. Depending on each individual case, we can evaluate and replace or refund any unworn/unwashed items in their original condition.

Log into our Customer Portal to request a return or exchange. Be sure to include photos and a brief description of the damage that occurred in transit.


Note that we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as staining or dye fading. If you believe the damage to your item(s) was actually a manufacturing defect, you may also email our Customer Care team for more information.
