For your convenience, you will first receive an order confirmation email. A separate email with tracking number details will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped from Richmond, VA and may take anywhere from 2 - 6 business days to be delivered. Occasionally, USPS shipping delays can occur due to weather, or other unforeseen factors. 

Log into the Customer Portal for the most up-to-date information on the status of your order. You will need to enter your email or zip code and order or tracking number to login.
