Final Sale items, shipping and handling costs, and/or gift wrapping costs cannot be refunded.
We understand that sizing can be a bit tricky, or perhaps the Final Sale item ordered is just not quite what you expected. In these instances, our Customer Care team can evaluate and process an exchange based on the availability of another size or print.
If a returned Final Sale item has been worn, washed, or damaged, we can only offer partial store credit.
If the Checkout+ package protection was not selected for your order, applicable shipping and restocking costs will be charged or deducted from your refund or store credit.
