Yes, Heidi Carey gifts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed). 

The person who purchased the gift will not be notified of an exchange or return, so you don't have to worry about any awkwardness.

 Note that returns received after 30 days can only be refunded as store credit.
