CAN A GIFT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?Updated 2 months ago

We’ve all received (or given) a gift that didn't quite go as well as intended. Thankfully, Heidi Carey gifts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed). 

The person who purchased the gift will not be notified of an exchange or return, so you don't have to worry about any awkwardness.

Log into our Customer Portal to begin the return process.

 Note that returns received after 30 days can only be refunded as store credit.
